Fair Shot Cafe
- Unique social enterprise café delivering diversity in the workplace,
- Addresses the appalling 93% unemployment rate for disabled people, by employing at least 50% disabled young adults and
- Provides traineeship programs to secure mainstream employment.

Fair Shot Café was founded by the inspiring Bianca Tavella, a passionate and committed social entrepreneur. Her belief in the power of people has positioned Fair Shot to make a real community impact in Hammersmith and Fulham.
